Here is a process I have started and love to do for quick healthy meals. This is a novel but very easy approach to eating more raw & cooked vegetables using very tasty dressings made with my flavour bases. Resembling the Vietnamese Noac cham approach, where a little highly seasoned, sweat & sour liquid is poured over a bowl of vegetables, salads, noodles and fresh herbs once you get the hang of this there is no looking back. Yummo & easy. The Asian cuisines, in general, are champions at mixing sweet dressings with vegetables & meats. Reducing the craving for dessert in my opinion. Yes, make a very tasty robust salad dressing and it has many culinary uses beyond dressing a salad.  A tasty dressing can be used to dress hot boiled or steamed vegetables with yummolicious, morish results. Just what the vegetable doctor ordered.  These dressings can also be spread on a flat plate with chopped fresh herbs & sopped up with crusty fresh bread. When using these dressings as a hot vegetable dressing you can add a little butter to the hot vegetables first, then some of the dressing.  This appraoch is also an easy way of using up left overs.  I have just done a stir fry with some left over roast and it was delicious Here I give you a basic dressing using my products as well as some optional ingredients you can add to the basic dressing to enhance it, the way you like it. Then  are suggestion ingredients that you can use to compose your salad or warm vegetable salad. Remember to use local ingredients and organic if possible as Mikes premium flavours are.  Quantities of the following recipes are designed to fill a recycled (sanitised) wine bottle. Refrigerated these dressings and they will last 6 months
Salad pizza’s open themselves to infinite variation. Here we fry pizza bases on a sandwich press, then top the warm pizza bases with a salad combination (see above), then douse with a healthy salad dressing  (see  above)   Below we top the cooked bases with grilled chicken, Asian salad vege (as recommended above), fresh Asian herbs (coriander - in picture) and the Thai salad, Peanut salad or Black Magic salad dressings above. These are delicious
These very flavourful dressings recipes can be used in oh so many ways. As 1. salad dressing 2. raw vegetable dressing 3. stir-fry dressing 4. crusty bread sops
